Labor and delivery; it brings joy but also pain for the woman.  Obviously joy because of the new baby, but ask any woman, and they will tell you a source of unspeakable pain.

Well because of the pain that woman go through, there are two different schools of thought on how labor and delivery should happen.  I am going to offer some perspective on one particular school of thought that I have gained first hand experience with by being a homebirth midwife San Diego.

There is the medical model for delivery which is associated with drugs to kill the pain, and sometimes cesarean to complete the delivery.

While there is another model, which though not widely accepted, for those who believe in it and have experience it consider it much safer and natural for the woman.

That model is the midwifery model as it is called.That model is the exact opposite of the medical model which is usually used.Where you have the medical model which depends a lot on medicine, midwifery prefers to rely on the natural.Midwifery philosphy believes that pregnancy, labor, and delivery should happen as naturally as possible because it is a natural process.

This model is a profession practiced by midwives. Midwives San Diego are generally woman, who attend the birth, often times at the mother’s home.This midwife would help the woman try to deliver the baby as naturally as possible without the use of drugs.

Against most popular beliefs, not using medicine during labor actually allows the labor to happen quite a bit faster because drugs usually slow down the labor.

The midwife as a profession does have a regulatory board that licenses, certifies, and oversees the individual. 

Although a lot of the times they are not a nurse or a doctor, a midwife sometimes is a nurse also.

Even though they are not a doctor or nurse, they do carry with them some medical equipment, such as resuscitation devices and suturing equipment.

So this describes what a midwife is and what midwifery is about in relation to pregnancy and delivery.

Their goals are to let the labor and delivery happen as naturally possible.  This reduces the likelihood of a c-section.  Doesn’t allow you to be subject to invasive hospital procedures such as episiotomys.  Less medical management like breaking the water or using drugs to slow or speed up the pregnancy.And for the woman the best part of all is that labor and delivery usually happen quicker naturally.

Acquiring New Infos From Online Learning

I got involved in online learning about a year ago as a teacher. I’m actually more of a technical guy, but in my company everyone wears lots of different hats. In this case, we had a training video for some of our offices. You see, it was necessary for a lot of our people to learn Spanish online.

We work with so many Hispanic clients that knowing a little bit of conversational Spanish is simply indispensable in this area. My job was to make an online learning course that would teach them the basics.

It was just my kind of project. It combined a little bit of this and that into what was actually a fairly technologically sophisticated undertaking. I needed to up my knowledge of Spanish, my ability to integrate web cams and interactive software, and sophisticated PowerPoint presentations.

It took me a couple of months, nevertheless, it was worth it. It made me satisfied knowing how well the project turned out, and the additional benefit I got for completing it didn’t hurt either.

It also got me interested in taking online learning courses myself. I have a friend recently got an MBA online and I had never really thought much about her program until I got involved in designing my own online education program. After that, I realized that you can learn practically anything over the Internet. I started to do some investigation myself.

I don’t really need any more certification. I have all the degrees and titles I need for my job. I simply wanted to take online courses in something that interested me. I got involved in an online philosophy group where, for a small fee, a local expert leads a group discussion over web cam once a week.

It has been very educational and I have even met some interesting people on it. All in all, online learning has been a good experience so far. I would not say it’s for everyone – some people really need to be face-to-face in order to get the most out of an educational experience. Nonetheless, it seems to work well for me and for most of the people in my company. If you’ve never tried it, you should give it a shot.

Usually the technology is pretty straightforward and easy to use, and it allows you to go at your own pace in your spare time. All in all, online learning is a pretty winning combination of convenience and content.

Finding the right product to sell is the key to affiliate marketing success.  There are thousands of affiliate marketing products out around, but only a few can make you money.  Some products are horrible and don’t work as promised.  Another product might be very good, but its landing page leaves something to desired so nobody is buying it.  To succeed as an affiliate marketing, you need to find a product that’s proven to sell well.  Why promote something that nobody is buying?

To find our product, we are going to look at the Clickbank network.  While there are many excellent affiliate networks out there, Clickbank is one of the best for beginners.  They have an enormous selection of affiliate marketing products to sell, they always send your checks on time, and it is easy to get accepted into the network.  Unlike other networks that make you apply to promote a certain offer, Clickbank lets you promote every offer on their network right away.

The first thing to do when choosing a product to promote, is to decide a niche.  The best way to do this is to brainstorm and write down 5-10 areas you think you would enjoy researching about.  When creating your site around a product, you will be doing a lot of research and writing about it, so make sure the topics you write down aren’t something that will bore you to death.
